1. Will I be charged a shipping fee?

Yes, a standard shipping fee of Rs.100/- will be charged for every order less than Rs.349/-. Please note that there will be no shipping charges applicable to offers of the month.

3. When can I expect to receive my order?

Orders are dispatched within 1-3 working days of the order being placed and confirmed (excluding Sundays and public holidays). The order usually takes 4 to 6 working days (sometimes less) to be delivered at your doorstep. Please note : Delivery can be influenced by location, product availability, shipping destination and our courier partner's delivery time.

5.Is there an option to change the shipping address after placing the order?

6. The order status shows Delivered but I haven’t received my order.
