1. How can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it. For this, please write to us as email@example.com, with your order number, contact details and reasons for cancellation, and we will address your concerns, as soon as possible
2. How can I return a product?
We do not accept returns. In case there is an issue with your order, please write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org
3. What is the refund process and how long does it take?
A refund is initiated as soon as the cancellation is confirmed by us, and should reflect in the source account within 7 working days. In case of a delay, please write to us at email@example.com and mention your order number; we will address the issue immediately
5. What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?
Send us an email with a video/image of the damaged product at firstname.lastname@example.org. Tell us your name, registered mobile number and order number and one of our representatives will get in touch with you shortly. If you’ve received an incorrect product, the correct product will be shipped to you on our confirmation of the same within 3 business days
6. Can I return a part of my order?
